College can be an exciting time, and sometimes, a difficult time. Counseling Services is here to help when life gets overwhelming. 海角社区offers free counseling services to students who may need help with:
- Suicidal thoughts or self-harm
- Depression
- Anxiety and panic
- Relationship problems
- Trauma
- Identity issues
- Grief and loss
- Stress
- Adjusting to college life
- And much more
Individual counseling is provided in a safe, confidential atmosphere, and is designed to be short-term. If you require longer-term counseling, you may be referred to community resources.

Students can request appointments, and begin paperwork, through Starfish.
